Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C
  2. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes
  3. Mix the potatoes, cheese and onions in a bowl, season with salt and pepper
  4. Unroll the pastry, divide equally per portion and add an equal amount of mix to each
  5. Egg wash seems, folder each pasty over and crimp with a fork
  6. Score each pasty three times with a knife
  7. Bake for 17-22 minutes, or until golden brown
