Cheese and onion pasties

Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C
- Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes
- Mix the potatoes, cheese and onions in a bowl, season with salt and pepper
- Unroll the pastry, divide equally per portion and add an equal amount of mix to each
- Egg wash seems, folder each pasty over and crimp with a fork
- Score each pasty three times with a knife
- Bake for 17-22 minutes, or until golden brown
