Method
- Lightly fry Quorn chicken pieces and set aside.
- Meanwhile, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the curry power and tuemric, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add the bell peppers, carrot, peas and Quorn chicken pieces, cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked rice and combine well.
- Mix in the soy sauce, stir for 1-2 minutes until the rice is well heated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
